From the idea to the finished product

Like any product, ours also starts with finding inspiration and sketching. After we determine the functional and design features of the product, according to the customer's requirements, we begin making the cuts and the prototypes, which are then given to the customer for inspection. With corrections from the client's side, we polish the last details, then hand over all the technical documentation to production.

We can also adapt the product to your wishes, likings, and requirements of your space.

We also have a tailoring department within the sewing department, where we tailor the parts based on ideas and orders. In the development department, we prepare tailoring programs, which we machine to cut the tailoring pieces on the KURIS TEXCUT C3030 CNC machine.

The path of tailoring parts continues to the sewists, who assemble the pieces into the final cover with the help of the sketches. In doing so, they use various industrial special sewing machines. The last appearance of the sewn covers is enhanced with multiple decorative stitches on a single- or double-needle sewing machine.

The furniture is upholstered in different fabrics and leather for padding and upholstery. The final details are added, such as buttoning, pleating (chesterfield technique), etc.

The upholsterer must have a feeling and eye for upholstering, which he acquires with many years of experience. From his hands comes the final product, which is a collection of all processes in the company.
